I love that this heats quickly. What I have a problem with is, like many other manufacturers, the touch buttons on the top are way too sensitive. Just brushing up against them sets them off. I don't know why all household appliance companies are doing this but it's annoying to say the least. Very bothersome. And when I had to clean it the first time it took forever. The temp for the auto clean is very low and you have to put 2 cups of water in the bottom. After said amount of time I had to remove the water that was left before wiping clean. That ended up being a major hassle since there was a lot of water left in there. And then the oven wasn't anywhere near clean. I simply couldn't get it completely clean after 3 tries. I gave up. My last Jenn Air oven had an auto clean with a lock installed and it took about 2 hours. But it actually cleaned it.

I've had this range for about 5 months now. Overall, I'm very pleased. I'm not going to get into technicalities; I can just say that it has met a variety of needs perfectly. There are only three things I don't like, or rather, something that can easily be improved. The touch screen is super sensitive- you can't wash it or lean over without it beeping a lot. Secondly, you can hardly hear the timer. The whole point of a timer is so that you can leave the room, yet I can't hear it in the next room. And it only beeps once. Finally, when the timer goes off, it should start counting back up, so that you know how much time has passed, because you didn't hear it go off initially.

I bought a new JennAir 6 weeks ago to replace one of over 20 years old. The old one was still working but the new one better suits the remodeled kitchen. Like the up-dated controls, glass top, new style burners!

I bought my new Jenn-Air range from Best Buy a few weeks ago - our second Jenn-Air - to replace an older model. The installers immediately told us there was a problem because, unlike our old range which had a "lip" (or trim piece) around three sides, the new one wasn't made with such a lip. Therefore we had an ugly and unacceptable gap around the range. Since the Best Buy salesperson and his manager didn't quite know how to fix the problem we found out on our own, by reading through the User Guide, that there is "Trim Assembly" accessory (see page 22). We've ordered that online (about $60) and we'll probably have to pay to have it professionally installed . . . not sure yet how much that might cost. The bottom line is that if you're not going to make them like you used to, it would be nice to tell the consumer about this extra hassle and expense!

This is a replacement (39 years old) for our down draft Jennair stove. It complements my new remodel and is very efficient heating both on the cook top and oven. The oven's large size makes me want to bake and cook those large family meals. I look forward to mastering all the new aspects the stove has to offer.

We had our previous Jenn air for over 15 years and hated to part with it. Unfortunately, the parts to fix it were not available. The replacement is nice and has some new features, but is missing some I liked on our old one, like two timers. The material that came with the stove mentions a range top cleaning kit, but we didn't get one with our stove.

It's beautiful, but, so far, it seems very difficult to keep the range top in perfect condition. I would expect it to need less attention. Every little spot is an ordeal to remove. Maybe I will adjust to it-I certainly hope so for $3000.

I purchased this range last month after our same type range of 12-plus years had control hoard issue that could not be repaired. Since we have a downdraft, and only two companies offer a down draft range, we stayed with your brand that had worked well for such a long time. Th this unit replaces an older down draft unit. It is and excellent range. The style is very pleasing and the unit is very efficient. We were very Impressed with how quickly the stove top cooks compared to our old stove top. Over all it was an excellent purchase.
